Do I need to buy new hardware?
Not necessarily — we work with you to determine whether your existing hardware is compatible with the POS Workstation. Every retail setup is a little different.
Do you come onsite for installation and training?
Setup is remote by default. RustDesk is pre-installed on every unit, and Tony, Drew, or Dustin handle cutover and training over screen share. On-site installs are available too — just ask.
What is Pricer?
Pricer is a cloud back-office module built on Altria's price and promotion API — InsightRS developed it as an early-access partner. It pulls current and historical scan data deals, buydowns, multipack offers, and loyalty programs, matched to the items you actually sell, so you never hunt through Altria's website.
How much does Pricer cost?
There's a free trial, and it's included for scan data customers.
Can I change my prices with Pricer?
Yes — Pricer lets you update item prices using data from the Altria API.
Will my prices and deals update automatically?
No. Pricer is a tool for viewing current pricing and managing compliance — you review and apply changes, it doesn't push them to the register automatically.
Which POS systems work with Pricer for setting and sending prices?
