Cloud Back Office

Cloud Back Office · Labels

Print from the cloud.
It comes out in the store.

You print labels from the Cloud Back Office — today's price changes, a whole shelf, or a new product that never had one — and they come out of the printer in the store. No export, no file to move, no thinking about it.

Cloud to shelf

Hit print. The store handles the rest.

The label printer (a GoDex 700i) sits on your store network. From the cloud you say print; the cloud generates the file and routes it to a local device, which sends it to the printer. The labels spit out — you never touch a cable or an export.

  • Print what you need
Today's price changes, a full shelf, or a new/un-labeled product — selected right in the Cloud Back Office.
  • Cloud generates, store prints
The cloud builds the label file and routes it over the network — through the POS on the store LAN, or the pic6 device for petro sites — to the GoDex 700i.
  • pic6 for Ruby & Passport
On petro sites, pic6 (our Pi-5 communications bridge to Verifone Ruby and Gilbarco Passport) relays the print job — same one-touch flow.
Always in sync

Labels that follow your pricing.

  • Driven by the Price Book
When a price change or promotion posts, the labels that need reprinting follow from it — so the shelf always matches the register.
  • Laser or thermal, many sizes
Print to the GoDex 700i, thermal/Zebra-compatible units, or a laser printer with Avery label stock — in the sizes your store uses.
  • Dual-price shelf labels
Where dual pricing is active, show cash and card prices on the shelf, so the customer sees the difference before the counter. (Ties to Insight Payments.)
